INSTALLATION Installations require a 50% deposit before work will commence. The remainder will be due at the completion of the project. Installation costs will be based on the original authorized proposal. Installation labor may be an estimate and additional costs may be accrued. Installation labor cost is for business hours Monday through Friday. After hours work or weekend rates will be more than weekday business hours rates. Additional installation costs may apply if we have to work around an intermitent schedule. We have a two-hour minimum for two person installation crews and a four-hour minimum for single technicians or installers. Labor costs will include travel time to and from the job site and load-in and load-out of equipment and tools. RENTALS Customers will be responsible for the safety and security of the equipment while in use or in transit. Damaged equipment will be charged to the customer at replacement cost. Set-up and tear-down technicians and operators require a two hour minimum. Two hour minimum does not include travel time. Travel time will be billed as delivery and pick-ip cost. Remote locations may require per diem expenses and travel fuel costs billed to the customer. PAYMENT We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express with approved authorization. We also accept government and corporate purchase orders with verified authorization. Our payment terms for purchase orders with approved credit are Net 20 days. Checks and money orders are also accepted but may require a ten day hold to verify authenticity. SHIPPING Many items are shipped directly from our manufacturers. Texas State Sales Tax will apply for all items shipped within the State of Texas. Items shipped to California from manufacturers in the State of California will also be required to pay California State Sales Tax as required by law. If you are purchasing from the State of California please contact us to verify if the product you are purchasing will be shipped from a California manufaturer. Be sure to immediatley and carefully check your package when you recieve it. If the box is damaged or there seems to be internal box damage to the product, do not accept the shipment from the carrier. Contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement for items that were verifiably damaged in shipping. Once you accept the package we can not be held responsible for damage in transit. RETURNS All return requests will be addressed on a case by case basis. A 10-15% restocking charge may apply. Returns are limited to within ten days of receiving the product. You will be responsibe for return shipping of the product. If it is our mistake, we'll cover it. WARRANTIES Warranties in most cases are covered by our manufacturers. We do not service or repair products. In many cases manufacturers will cover return shipping costs if the product is defective. Some products may offer extended warranties through third party companies. If you do not find the information in the product specifications or the manufacturers web site, please contact us and we will provide the warranty information on your product. Our objective is to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We will work with you on any product issues shipped from our manufacturers. We can not be responsible from misuse of the product or using the product in other ways than what the product was intended for. Please read your owners manuals carefully as many products contain cautions on product usage, transportaion and storage.
